We started with one simple belief:

Every world-changing company, every movement, every fortune began the same humble way: as one crackerjack idea — a single, almost laughably simple insight that nobody had quite put together yet.

That belief is the whole of who we are. CrackerJackIdeas (CJI) exists to find those ideas, prove them, and give them a place to take off. We are not a single product. We are the launchpad — the underlying engine, the trust, and the workshop where million-dollar ideas are pressure-tested and built into something real.

We hold every idea to one test before it earns a spot on the pad: does it help everyone who touches it? Not just the founder. Not just the early few. Everyone — the members, the professionals, the communities, the people who never thought there was a door open to them. If an idea only mints a few, we pass. If it lifts the whole room, we launch.

Where CrackerJackIdeas is the root, NewtekNation is the living world built on top of it: real members, real communities, real professionals, organized vertical by vertical — and a shared Library of knowledge that members earn their way into. NewtekNation is how an idea stops being a pitch deck and becomes a place people belong to.

Minting-Millionaires (M$M) is our storytelling and marketing engine — the part of the family that takes a CJI idea and tells it in a way people actually want to follow. Through series, characters, and an unfolding story-world, M$M turns an industry, a craft, or a community into something you can step inside before you ever sign up. It does not interrupt people with ads; it invites them into a story — and the story does the recruiting.

"Minting Millionaires" is the spirit of the whole launchpad in two words: the belief that the right idea, told the right way, with the right community behind it, can change a life. And to be clear — that is our mission and our optimism, not a promise of riches. The work is still the work.

NewTek-Connections is where you will see the first slate of ideas, meet the communities forming around them, and — when you are ready — take the Member Pledge that opens the Library.
